McKinley was the perfect mixture of a top-notch professional and perfect pace. She knew every section and sub-section of her subject-matter without fail. When the class came upon a topic that was well-known, she was able to pick up the pace. When there were new and difficult applications, she easily slowed down and step-by-step went through the possible variations. I now feel empowered!
McKinley has a great blend of knowledge and down to earthness to be able to relate to every student on their own level. Even explaining basic principals, she packs in so much information that everyone can learn something new. She really knows what she is talking about.
The Adobe Premiere Bootcamp was awesome. A ton of information presented clearly and accessibly. The hands-on approach allowing you to follow step by step is priceless. And the instructor, Kristian, was always patient and happy to slow down or repeat anything as needed. He constantly checked with us to make sure we were following along, asking if we had any questions. He also volunteered his time outside of the classroom hours to discuss any other specifics etc. At the beginning of the week, it seemed like an overwhelming amount to learn, but each step unlocks your understanding and it all starts falling into place. Highly reccommended!
Rob is fantastic! My knowledge of Premiere was very basic. I'm leaving this course with an enhanced understanding of keyboard shortcuts, editing tricks and how to correct bad footage. I hope to be back next year to take his Adobe After Effects course. Thank you so much!!
The Adobe Premiere Pro training was excellent. The projects were engaging and showcased real-world applications for the program. The training covered everything I needed and more. The instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. His instructions were clear and helpful. The entire class was hands-on and very enjoyable. This is the second class that I've taken with Kristian and I couldn't be happier with it. I've been switching over from Final Cut Pro to Premiere and this really helped me to think in Premiere rather than constantly translate.

Kristian is a veritable Premier Pro God. There wasn't one question that he wasn't able to answer and I feel like I can competently work on editing film and video. He provided career advice and advised on realistic goals. I will definitely keep in contact with my instructor and refer others who are eager to learn to Training Connection.
The class was well-paced, dynamic and entertaining. The lessons were paced so that you felt you fully grasped the concept but at the same time weren't bored of the topic. The instructor was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and gave professional examples to reinforce the concepts we were learning. I am walking away from this class knowing more than I was expecting and confident in my abilities. I will definitely be using Training Connection in the future for any classes I need to take.
Rob was a wonderful instructor. He was very informative, knew the products and was able to answer our questions in-depth and fully. While the class covered a lot of information there was a good balance of instruction and hands-on activities. I would recommend this class and instructor to fellow co-workers and others. This is my second class with instructor Rob, and I am just as pleased this time as I was the first time. Not only is he extraordinarily knowledgeable, but patient and considerate, as well.
