Great instructor - realistic perspective on the software. Incorporated real life stories into the course to show the practical use of the software. Also, I like that there was some theory or Project Management tips included.
The class contained great content and an efficient pace. We were able to ask questions and mention when we had gotten lost in the steps. Very helpful in addressing each student while including personalized examples. Very helpful when learning a new and complicated program
Pat O'Donnell was a tremendous instructor and tailored his teaching to the participants. His entertaining manner added to his incredible knowledge was invaluable. I would recommend him as an instructor to anyone. I learned so much.

Because my colleague and I were the only two in class, Pat was able to resolve our questions to how we were going to apply the concepts in class to real-world scenarios. It was great! We are going to be able to use the software to solve some long-burdensome issues.

Steve is an excellent instructor. He's entertaining and very thorough. The pacing and detailed explanations for each step were appropriate to the course. Before this class, I had never even heard of Microsoft Project. Having a small class was very nice and contributed to the success of the class. If you fell behind tying to follow in an exercise, it was easy to say "hold on I'm lost" and Rich was always ready to go over it a second time and make sure we stayed with him. Really a good course.
I am very pleased with the level of instruction and content in class. I have attended another Microsoft share point project class by another company and left more confused...I definitely feel like I have a grasp on Microsoft Project after this class. Also Thank You for the Microsoft training manual, that was something the other company neglected to provide.
I really enjoyed this class. Rich was a great trainer, and I feel ready to use MS Project more efficiently. I would definitely recommend this class to others.
Pat was great! He didn't simply go over the software the entire time, rather he applied real-world project management philosophies and PMI standards to the lessons which kept the class completely interested. Also, the staff, Allyncia was probably one of the most pleasant and nice and helpful people I have ever encountered. No joke. She is a keeper on staff! Chris the instructor was very good at explaining the course material. He has a very good grasp of the software. He was also very open about answering questions and getting suggestions from us as to which material we would like to see covered. Great class. I traveled over 500 miles for this class and was worth every cent!! Pat is a great instructor with a vast amount of information and experiences to share. I would take other courses from here if needed.

I learned a great deal of information on this 2-day course. Our company relies on Project, but most of us in the company are terribly inefficient with this software. Pat did a great job of teaching ways to be more efficient and use the many benefits of the software.
Steve was a great instructor. I really appreciated his tips and tricks and his real examples used. He took time to explain and the pace of the class was good. Definitely will refer other co-workers to attend this class.
The instructor was extremely kind and patient. He brought a sense of comfort for all included in the class (including some who seemed to be beginners). He took his time answering questions, and his sense of humor really made the learning experience enjoyable. I would definitely another course with him. I learned a lot!

This class was an absolute pleasure. So often when attending a training the instructor goes directly from the book, however, Mr. O'Donnell mixed in real-world situations that he has run across which was very helpful. He was a great instructor.

I really appreciate the in-depth knowledge and working understanding that Pat has of Microsoft Project. He was not reiterating someone else's lesson plan he wrote it. His methods of imparting the knowledge to me was paced properly, in-depth and detailed with out ever losing me. Truly one of the very best instructors I have taken a class from.
The instructor managed the lesson plans well to get through the extensive amount of material. The course exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended this course to my management for any of my cohorts that may wish similar training.
