I came to this course with hesitation on how valuable it would be. Was I wrong!! Lena did an excellent job sharing personal and professional experiences as well as formal coaching on how to work on my development. This was a great course, better than I expected it to be. I think that we received valuable information and this course gave me information to evaluate my personal time and my work time. It showed me the importance of balance and provided great tips and physical tools to manage my time. I am an operations manager for a Fortune 200 company. My daily tasks are seemingly endless. I felt that I was productive but I knew that I could be more effective. I found TC online and registered. I have learned some very useful methods to help prioritize tasks and actually be more effective. Jeannette kept on task while keeping the coure fun. I will be back for other classes. What a great source to have. A great little secret to success!!
Love this class and the instructor. What a motivator!! I learned so much from and believing in myself that I can get on task! She gave me the tools and resources to do so. I learned a lot today, but because I enjoyed it so much I think I will take this course again.

The instructor has a great sense of humor while teaching which makes the class more engaging and easy to get through in the many hours back to back. She kept it 'real' and we were learning but it went smoothly overall. It's rare to find instructors that are not boring and know how to keep the flow of the class and add in some humor while teaching. Ms. Secret was a great instructor. I would definitely recommend her.
Jeanette was an enjoyable instructor. She was professional, yet kept levity in the classroom. For me, this helped the time to go by quickly....unlike other training courses from other schools I've taken, where I was a "clock watcher". Jeanette was a breath of fresh air, as an instructor. She presented the material clearly and gave time for feedback in each area.

Jeanette was about as good an instructor as you could ask for when it comes to time management. It's a breath of fresh air when an instructor brings in their own experience and methodology to a course as opposed to just following the training materials. A good instructor uses those materials as a base to build their course and expand in the most relevant areas. This course really helped me step back and take a look at myself and how I handle my day-to-day work. Now I'm just excited to get out there and use these new skills.
I really liked this course! I felt I learned a lot! It was more than just time management but overall happiness in the workplace. I think that having a small group was extremely beneficial because our instructor (Lena) could hone in on our personal issues with time management and the workplace. Lena was very skilled and well-read in time management and life management. She brought very valuable topics and experiences to the table. I would definitely recommend this class to others!
