This was a great course, better than I expected it to be. I think that we received valuable information and this course gave me information to evaluate my personal time and my work time. I think this course could have been a snooze fest but Lena made sure it wasn't! I was engaged the entire time. I had some major take aways that blew me away and I will use in my work and life. Jeanette was about as good an instructor as you could ask for when it comes to time management. It's a breath of fresh air when an instructor brings in their own experience and methodology to a course as opposed to just following the training materials. A good instructor uses those materials as a base to build their course and expand in the most relevant areas. This course really helped me step back and take a look at myself and how I handle my day-to-day work. Now I'm just excited to get out there and use these new skills.
I am an operations manager for a Fortune 200 company. My daily tasks are seemingly endless. I felt that I was productive but I knew that I could be more effective. I found TC online and registered. I have learned some very useful methods to help prioritize tasks and actually be more effective. Jeannette kept on task while keeping the coure fun. I will be back for other classes. I was very engaged in class. Our trainer was very personable. She has a great personality and uses a lot of real world examples to explain the tools learned in class to really help them to sink in. I would recommend this class to anyone that would like to learn effective time management skills. It opened up my eyes to areas that were taking up my time that I never even considered. The facility was also very nice and I was impressed with the classroom setting.

Carol was amazing. She had a very organized and clear way of describing things. She was always open to questions and comments, but also kept us on track. So many of the ideas and things she taught us will really apply to my situation and help me to be more focused and successful.
The instructor has a great sense of humor while teaching which makes the class more engaging and easy to get through in the many hours back to back. She kept it 'real' and we were learning but it went smoothly overall. It's rare to find instructors that are not boring and know how to keep the flow of the class and add in some humor while teaching. Ms. Secret was a great instructor. I would definitely recommend her.

Jeanette was an enjoyable instructor. She was professional, yet kept levity in the classroom. For me, this helped the time to go by quickly....unlike other training courses from other schools I've taken, where I was a "clock watcher". Jeanette was a breath of fresh air, as an instructor.
