This class provided a new perspective on customer service that I think will be very beneficial to me in the future. I think a lot of people in customer service have heard all the basics, but this training went deeper and was really able to connect the work to me personally. I thought it was very interesting and fun
Lauren Megger | onShoreI really enjoyed this course. I have attended several other courses but none of which I learned new ways to help me with my daily tasks. I am looking forward to attending another course in August and I will highly recommend this course to others.
Maria Perez | American College of Healthcare ExecutivesI was very engaged in class. Our trainer was very personable. She has a great personality and uses a lot of real world examples to explain the tools learned in class to really help them to sink in. I would recommend this class to anyone that would like to learn effective time management skills. It opened up my eyes to areas that were taking up my time that I never even considered. The facility was also very nice and I was impressed with the classroom setting.
