I am so glad I came in for this refreshing course. I am taking away valuable lessons in communication and a better sense of where I am going and what I am capable of in the world of business. I will definitely be taking more courses through Training Connection.

Carol was great in teaching us about time management. Additionally, she encouraged engagement with each other, and to think outside the box. When we had questions that were outside the plan for the itinerary, she was able to address them appropriately, providing feedback that was well worth the cost of the class! I thoroughly enjoyed the course! The content was laid out well, easy to follow and understand. The hands-on approach works great for me as I like testing and trying out the concepts.
